In this interactive training program for coaches, directors, leaders and technical assistance professionals built on the timeless principles of a successful gardener, expect to learn how to follow a five‐part model to help others initiate, manage, and celebrate their growth. You’ll discover several techniques you can use to jumpstart conversations about their need to improve and how to provide them with an actionable plan to move forward.
